Ruby

Loving ruby red shades at the moment. I found this amazing skirt at the sydney markets last week and couldn't believe it was only $20. The crochet detailing is just so pretty and it's perfect to dress up or down which is always a plus in my book! 

Speaking of Sydney, make sure you watch this space. I have lots to share with you over the next couple of weeks or so!

  22. Wow that look is so feminine yet Schick and stylish. I don't think the skirt is too difficult to make, it's the lace that makes the skirt look so classy. A crocheted jacket or shawl would finish off the look if there would be a chill in the air. I love those trendy boots too.
    I wish my mom could teach me to crochet, trouble is she's too old now and has to use a Tracfone SVC phone for seniors with the big buttons and big letters on the screen as her eyesight is not so great.
    I'm busy crocheting brightly colored squares for a funky cushion cover with roses on and I am loving it. I think the young people of today really love the modern edge to crochet items and they are worn with pride.
