I had been hunting everywhere for a long sleeved nautical striped top for what seemed like forever in australia (just ask rachel) so it was quite funny that on my first shopping trip in london every shop i ventured in to had rails of them. Nautical stripes are kind of my wardrobe must (for both winter and summer), theres something so chic about a striped top don't you think? Maybe it makes me feel a little bit parisian, or maybe it's just the fact that i've been wearing tops just like this one since early childhood, but whatever the case i don't think i'll ever grow tired of such a classic item.
These photos were taken on the weekend in london, i am now happy at my grandma's home in scotland and quite looking forward to spending christmas with my family this year. As much as i loved the australian heat, it never did feel quite like christmas.
